Transformers for Hasbro

The Campaign

 

To promote the new MECHTECH range from Hasbro Transformers, we created 2 x 10" ‘top' and 1 x 20" ‘tail' webdrive spots which aired on Cartoon Network, CNToo and Boomerang. These drove to our Transformers MECHTECH microsite hosted at CartoonNetwork.co.uk

On the site, kids were invited to play the Ultimate MECHTECH Showdown, and battle against either the computer or other kids in cyber-space. If they won their battle they could enter the competition. The site was also full of product information about the new toy range.

Hasbro also partnered with TESCO and Smyths to sponsor Transformers Prime on Cartoon Network. We created 3 x 10" TESCO-branded idents which ran for the first month, and 3 x 10" Smyths-branded idents which ran for the second month.
