Bakugan for Spin Master

The Objective

Spin Master waned to continue to build on the success of the 2009 and 2010 promotions with Turner Media Innovations. They wanted to create a promotion to introduce ‘Battle Gear' and ‘Sky Raiders' to gamers, and showcase how they are used in brawls, create a cross platform promotion in a similar creative style to the previous years, and roll out across EMEA in two separate bursts

The Campaign

Using live action and afx animation we created 2 x 40" webdrive spots showing two players in the midst of an epic brawl. The two spots feature a specific product from the new Gundalian Invaders series and are set against a backdrop of graphics and are fast paced and dynamic. The first burst of activity in April focused on ‘Battle Gear' and the October burst featured the new ‘Sky Raiders'product. Both spots highlighted how the products can change the dynamic of a brawl to beat your opponent.
