New Campaign: E1 Entertainment Astro Boy

E1 Astroboy

E1 Entertainment  via Zenithoptimedia, tasked us with creating a campaign which would promote their up-coming film release, 'Astro Boy', which is due for cinematic release on 5th Feb 2010.

We answered the brief with a super-power themed campaign focusing around a central game hosted on the Cartoon Network website. We have created an on-air promotion driving kids directly online to play the super power mini games and to enter a competition by letting us know which power they would choose to become a super hero - flight, x-ray vision, strength or like Astro butt-machine guns!

The campaign elements are:

  • 1 x 30" webdrive
  • 1 x bespoke microsite with games and competition

 

 

The campaign is live from Jan 23rd until 7th Feb 2010

 

 

39% of kids have own mobile, by 11 this rises to 84%. A further 14% use someone elses , total % using a mobile phone is 47% (Source: Turner Media Innovations Toontrack 2011. Kids 5-12 years)
